I bought HD300D few weeks back, Play Smart's customer service was excellent (lotta thanks to Michael for patience with me as some things had to be sorted via email before I was able to place an order) and parcel arrived quickly 'n safely to its destination. Player itself is really promising unit serving its purpose as multimedia player even better than I expected, and as firmware updates pop up every now and then product support is definitely among the best I've ever stumbled upon. A+

Bought HD300D and HD300A from Mike. Great product at reasonable price, and with ppstream application allowing me to watch on tv with just internet connection. That put this player totally ahead of other player nevertheless to mention it has the capabilities of what top hd media player have as well.
Update of firmware comes very regularly, another satisfaction point.
